Just give it a couple of different hides, and a week or so to settle in before handling or feeding. If it's a young snake, it will probably be a bit flightly and perhaps even nippy. It will outgrow that fairly quickly once it settles in. One last thing, like their larger cousins Honduran Milk Snakes, these guys are escape artist. Make sure you have your enclosure very secure at all times.
