Nighttime activity

The neat thing about sharing my bedroom with my snakes is getting to watch their nighttime activity. Anyone else share their bedroom with their herps?

Taking this photo made me realize it's been ages since I last got good photos of mine. Need to do that soon.

Re: Nighttime activity

I wish. If I were the only one to think about, my snakes would be in my room. I'd love to watch their night time romps.

Do you share your room with someone who doesn't like them?
Mine are in front of my bed

Haha, nope. Boyfriend's totally cool with my creepy crawlies. After all the furniture, my bedroom's a tad too small for enclosures. I've been known to fall asleep on the floor in the office watching them though. I'm totally jealous though; I'd love to have them in front of my bed lol.

Yep, my 2 largest snakes are in my bedroom. I love watching them at night.

Re: Nighttime activity

I have an old BD that lives in our bedroom so normally it's pretty quiet. I guess like other old folks he some times doesn't sleep well and he gets up about an hour before we do and digs. It's quite lovely really. ............

Re: Nighttime activity

I used to have my snakes all in my bedroom. With the addition of Bren my great dane I had to move my snakes around to make room for his crate. My son happily took 4 of the 5 snakes into his room. I do sneak in there at night sometimes to see what they are up to though.

Re: Nighttime activity

I have too many snakes for one room, so yes I have 6 snakes that share my bedroom. Sure beats "counting sheep"!

Re: Nighttime activity

They are not in my bedroom but seeing as sometimes I work nights and get home at 4 am I get to see stuff like this.

Jammers is in my room..and that's the reason he doesn't get newspaper substrate xD Too noisy, and i swear he's loud on purpose xD Once zazzles, my new retic, is out of Quarantine, she'll likely go in the bedroom, and my indo tree boa will go in my sewing area...her cage is nice and decorative, and will give me something to look at on those late sewing nights
