So I normaly feed my 2yr old male carpet who is about 4'long but still skinny a small rat around 80-90 gm. Well I decided yesterday to give him a 140gm rat. Well he ate it no problem and now is sitting comfy . This is good for me because my king and gopher eat the same size so I can order less sizes and if someone passes up a meal someone else will eat it
The lump
Now that is a lump! I had a similar experience a few days ago: I fed my juvie 3' girl a rat between small and medium. I was reading lankyrob's old posts talking about feeding really big prey and decided to try it. She "put it back." Great looking jungle jag btw. I love the black line on the ridge.
