can anyone tell me what type of boa this is

I just got him today for free with this horribly constructed box they called a cage. I've had boas before but never one that looked like this. And his under belly is yellow, orange, and pink.

Just looks like a common BCI to me.

Very few BCI have red-tails. Just an industry marketing ploy. That is why we are telling you it is a common Columbian boa (Boa constrictor imperator).

The true red-tails are BCC.

Why is the box horrible? Judging by the pics it has tile flooring (you could prob just throw some newspaper or papertowel over it no? ) and sliding glass doors?

Is it just in rough shape or what?

I was wondering the same thing. It actually looks like it could be a solid enclosure with a little work.

Re: can anyone tell me what type of boa this is

Thank you, and the box is just really poorly constructed, the inside is not sealed and there is gaps around all the edges and From where he put in windows for doors there is a two inch gap so the snake can actually squeeze into the upper part, and the heat source is a plywood box with an electric heating pad with tile stuck to it. Im going to take it all apart and redo it. And when i got him it hadn't been cleaned in four months. I cleaned it before pics
