Had a baby garter w.c

so my 5 yr old caught this guy while we were gar fishing...so freaking cute!! so I put him in a sock and brought him home. He was adjusting very well..and was a pig!! this guy easily ate 4 fish in a week. but sadly he escaped lol and is somewhere in my house, boas have escaped before, nobody seems concerned....he/she will probably show up soon around the turtle tub or something... he was a cutie and the first colubrid in the house, the boys named him tux as in tuxedo..idk lol

That is a ribbon snake, by the looks of the colouring it's a T. s. septentrionalis, a type of garter snake that is both aquatic and arboreal.

Amazing snakes.

I know, I was in love with him it was so fun watching him fish!! I hope he will turn up but he was super tiny. think he squeezed out of the air holes on the sides of the tubs in the q rack

might have to go buy a replacer lol
