Let me introduce you to Harley Quinn and The Joker!

After a request. Here's my beloved dragons!
First out: Harley Quinn, my one year old beardie, she's really sweet.
I love this picture, it's from this summer and she is really fabulous, like a ballet dancer

Here's my second dragon, The Joker or as I prefer to call him, Mr. J

I think he's about 6 month old and he is the first bearded dragon that don't want to wake up in the morning, lol!

But you don't want to mess with him once he's awake, no just kidding, he think he's tough, but he's not!
It takes about 2 minutes for him to fall asleep if you put him on your shoulder, so he is a real softie

They have lived separate until last week. And I'm really glad that they come along so good!

I'm not going to here and tell you NOT to cohab them because I have a breeding pair of lacertas I cohab but I will warn you that if they stay together they WiLL breed regardless of a brumation cycle and a female can retain the sperm and lay viable eggs with every ovulation

Also males can be aggressive towards cagemates make sure you have enough basking spots and hides that she can get away from him and still be able to bask for example the last picture is the male? I thinK?? Showing dominance to the female by mounting her and absorbing the heat from the lights.

Just keep an eye on it.

I don't want to be mean or tell you you're wrong I just want to give you the info I have

I have been watching them for a week now, and they come along much better than I expected. There is no problem(..yet *crossing fingers

) with him trying to mate with her.
I don't know if it's because of that she's so much larger than him but he's not aggressive.. I have my second terrarium ready if things wouldn't work out..

To answer your question about the basking spot and hide: yes I do have enough basking spot, and there is about 6 or 7 places where they can hide!
(Yes, he's the little one!
what happens on the pic have just happened once or twice, very rare, that's the reason why I took a picture of them)
I can post a picture of their current terrarium later on if you want to?

But I will in the near future build my own terrarium(I hope it's ready 'till spring ends!), It will have at least 2 basking spots and lots of hide places!

There is a reptile fair in my hometown in march (2013), I will buy another dragon there. So the plan is to have 2 females and 1 male, just to be sure..

I think I know what I'm doing, but if you think I'm doing it wrong, please tell me!

no your English is just fine. I hadn't even realized you didn't speak English

The reason your male isn't attempting to breed with her is because he is too young. Beardies do not reach full sexual maturity until they are roughly 3 years old maybe a little earlier for males. Sounds like you have it under control.
