Leachie gecko?

I've been interested in getting some kind of Rhacodactylus gecko, and at first I was going to get a Crested, but my love for leachies has gotten stronger. I think the care is similar, if not the same, as cresties. I was wondering if it's okay to get one of these guys without any experience with cresteds/gargoyles?

Just so you know, this won't be my first reptile, I have two snakes who are properly cared for(by me, heh).

Re: Leachie gecko?

I think that you will be fine as long as you do tons of research but I have never had a leachie.
