Macklotts Python&eggs..PIC'S
At 6:45am this morning,i wen't in to check on the female macklott python,as i knew she was due at anytime, lets just say i was pleasntly surprised to find this.
So far it looks as though there are 21 good eggs and 1 slug. The slug was removed, but left in this shot to compare.

very awesome. congratulations. yes I think you'll be needing gloves. I don't own a matlocks or any python for that matter but i was checking one out on my trip to the local shop, the only respetable one I've seen and thats because its small, for some carefresh and i held the one that they had and well lets just say I entered the bite club. My first hit and it wasn't even my own herp. but yeah Congrats again.

Very nice. I have a pair copulating as I type this. I hope my female will drop some eggs as well. She is not quite as bulky as your girl though.

Thanks everyone! This is a real treat for me,cause i don't work with many species of Python so it's always quite a thrill to see eggs!
Jeff, you can just send me your wonder gloves if you are done with them.lol

Wheeee! What a nice present. Are they laid with the blue dots or is that a marking to know which end is up? (Sorry if that's a stupid question) Good luck to you!

Thanks again everyone!..Alice,the eggs were marked upon removing the female,so that when i seperated them to put in the egg box I would not disturb the orientation of the egg,in realation to how it was in the clutch.
