Exclamation My Boa Looks Funny...

Ok I am probably waaay overreacting but my female Coral Albino RTB looks funny.

she is a June 2011 hatch and I have had her since September. She has been happily eating a fuzzy rat every 5-7 days her ambient temp sits around 80 her basking hot spot I keep around 90 she sheds and poops on a fairly consistent schedule

She is between 2-2.5ft long and the last time I measured her she was 3 inches around her widest part I dont have a scale so she doesnt get weighed

Saturday she had her first weanling rat meal and she swallowed it fine the rat was the same size as she is around and left a great big food bump

I went to pull her out of her enclosure a few minutes ago and she looks HUGE the front half of her body is pretty normal but the last 2/3 of her body is super thick right to the tip of her tail she still moves around ok but she looks so big

I guess my question is: is it possible for her to have some freak growth spurt? Is it still working through her system? Should I take her to the vet? I'm totally freaked
