Bolivian Boa...have one?
When we got this little girl at the reptile show on August 6, 2011, the girl and her husband who bred her said she was just a plain Bolivian Boa. She'd grow to about 6 feet, small for a boa. Agreed!
I have looked up this type of snake and found some good info...but it just doesn't seem like many people have them!
I wanted to name her Ghost, but she's the hubby's (mostly) so he named her Platinum..Platy for short.
She's friendly, and a healthy eater. She is very pink, all the time. She has a pink sheen. Very pretty. Can't even hardly ,tell when she's going to shed except when her eyes get cloudy cuz she's so pink! The others she had were of varying color depths. This was the lightest (most ghostly and silver...and pink) one.
I am getting a new camera soon...these pics are terrible and in no way do her justice.
Anyway, anyone else have one of these little pretties?
