flex watt wont get hot

My flexwatt wont get hot, i wired it the SAME way i did for my rack, and all those work...

i took this one off the rack.. ( i have 2 extra shelves with heat tape) and now it wont get really warm at all... maybe only like 80... i have a thermometer on it as we speak..

any ideaS?

bad connection in the flexwatt itself.

it worked 20 min. b4 i took it off the rack... my adult BP was using it.. got to 94 degrees... now it is at... 97...

nah leave it, just lock it, it just shows that it takes some time for things to start working sometimes.
