upload it to a hosting site such as flikr or photobucket, then get the [img ] url [/img ] code from photobucket, or right click on the image and get the image url from flikr and put it between the img codes above without the spaces.

With photobucket when you hover the mouse over the picture you want a box appears with a number of different "codes" - just copy the IMG code and paste is straight into your posting on here.

You can also upload directly from your computer by "going advanced" and clicking the paperclip
