What to feed 3 week old juveniles?
I just got 2, 3 week old, corns and they are ready for their first feeding. but i can't find pinkies small enough, and is it best to start them on frozen or live? I've always gone with frozen, but the guy that gave them to me said to use live.

The guy is wrong lol... if they will take f/t then give them that. If they get used to live it may be hard to switch them over. If you really think the pinkies are too big then just chop one in half. Good luck and congrats on your new corns.

This.
Take the F/T pinkies in hemostats and wiggle them in front of the corn, they should take it.

Some snakes are born small, some are born huge.

I'm worried because they are so thin in the middle compared to the pinkies i can get, i might have to chop 'em up

We got our hatchlings at 8 weeks old last year - they always take prey twice their thickest part with no worries.

Believe me, they can stretch amazing amounts when feeding,
My corn was a tiny baby, as were my milk snakes, they stretched and took pinkies no problem.
Now if you cannot secure any smaller size pinkies, then split larger pinks in half from head to tail, do it while still frozen and then thaw out the halves and offer those.

Re: What to feed 3 week old juveniles?
I had to cut my pinks for the fist few feedings with our baby corn. He was only 5grams and the pinks where almost 3grams!

Re: What to feed 3 week old juveniles?
heat up the pink and place it in a small container with air holes along with the snake. Put them both in a paper bag and leave it alone for about 1 hr. when you come back the snake should have eaten.
