Desert Snow Substrate

So i bought some T-Rex Desert Snow substrate today for my albino ball today. it has a guide on the back an says its best for ball pythons also says in the guide coconut bark, and cypress bed are best. says aspen chips, jungle bed, and sani chips are all good, and calci sand an forest bed are bad for balls.

Looks like it is a shredded news print or paper towel, was wondering if anyone else has used it before. i figure it cannot be too bad if i use paper towel on a regular basis. going to give it a try
