Looking good. Best pics you taken. Man he one sweet looking Dumeril. To give you and all the Dumeril Boa owners a heads up. March 2011 issue of Reptile Magazine which comes out next month will have a article on Dumeril Boas.

i havn't had "him" sexed by a vet but the former owner said he saw spurs, so i'm assuming he's a guy. iunno how much more he'll grow if he's already 5 1/2 feet, prolly another foot max. and ty everyone

Spurs don't always mean males. My Diamond x Jungle and Berdli carpet both have very visible spurs. Thought for sure they were males. Got them popped and it turns out both females. But in saying that in this article it says in Dumerils it a easy way to tell.

Oh ok it was me. March 2011 issue of Reptile Magazine which comes out next month will have a article on Dumeril Boas. The Dumeril Boa Breeding link in my above post is part of the article. A preview of the article.
