Water Snake Babies!
Bertha (my northern water snake) had babies!  I got her from a pet store that wasnt taking care of her and I didn't know that she was pregnant. Today, I looked into her cage and lifted up her hide and there were 3 babies (2 live, 1 dead), so I started going through her cage and found a total of 18 live babies . I don't have any pics right now but when I find my camera I'll take some.

They look like little california king snakes.... owned by a smoker.
Are they really as vicious as their reputation?

Some can be but with handling they can be "tamed". Bertha just curls around my fingers and sits there. The only time she bites me is when she's in shed and I change the water bowl.
