Lighting Fixture Set-Up

I have a reptarium and two clamp lamps. At this point they are clamped to the outside, top of the reptarium frame. I'd like some ideas on how to position/attach the lights so they are sturdy, safe and without fear that they will de-clamp, fall and start a fire. Suggestions please!!!!!
