For a savannah monitor what cage material would you rather use?
Wooden Cage Glass Cage
I would use wood beacuse it
looks better and It makes the monitor
feel much safer because on the back and
sides are covered, but the front you can see.
bosc build it out of wood..it will be cheap and last long if u do it right..currently i have my savannah in a 4 foot but 2 foot by 18 inch cage but hes already going to need a larger one after this winter..i use 1\4 plexi for the sliding front peice and also put molding around the edges..just make sure u seal all the corners with silicone and prep the wood to be water resistant..use a all wood top and have the lamps hanging unless u get a jigsaw and cut out the circles needed for the heatlamps and put a mesh like material to allow the heat\light threw..
