posting images and resizing

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how to resize these images properly so I can post them. I usually will get a 1 meg jpg and resize it viewable to be posted. But I see when posting on these forums you file needs to be under 80k.. im confused... thanks

is there a program where I can resize/sketch skew multiple images at a time instead of like im doing in ms paint, one @ a time. please and thanks
