holiday reminder

I have noticed this past little while that people are getting rather testy right now...

It may be that we all need more sunlight...or that we need a rest ... or that we have other things that are causing us stress. Now i don't want to sound pious but i wish at this stressful time we could take the time to count our blessings.

I for one am grateful for many things... my health, a family who loves me, friends who put up with me , animals who are a neverending source of joy to me, and a roof over my head.
There are many people less fortunate than me and I try to not keep that far from my thoughts.

We need to be more patient with each other...more tolerant...and try to be more understanding.

there is something I was told as a kid that really applies now and we should really apply this more to our lives - If you can't say something nice...don't say anything at all.

I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday and a healthy and prosperous New Year !!
