In no particular order and only counting 'species' as opposed to morphs;-
'Available' Pythons;
-Boelen's Python
-Anthill Python
-Blackheaded Python
-Angolan Python
-Papuan python
'Available' Boas;-
-Bc longicauda
-Bc sabogae
-A. madagascariensis (with papers)
-A. dumerili (with papers)
-Bc occidentalis (with papers)
Good question and absolutely impossible to answer. This is just a quick list put together without research or too much thought, and I'm well aware that everyone of my quick-pic suggestions could be the subject of heated debate.
There are also many much rarer snakes than the ones listed above, but for practical purposes, such as availability, I didn't consider them, or perhaps I plain overlooked them.
Apologies to the colubrid lovers and to any other groups that I have 'ignored'; maybe we can put together some other lists and then have a play-off at a later date.

I'll throw in one of the rarest obtainable colubrids, Eastern Indigos. Pretty hard to get legally considering they are native to the US. Mark

I didn't even consider it for inclusion in my list , because after all, it's only another morph of an extremely commonly kept and easy to acquire species.
A rare morph, and an expensive one at that, but not a rare snake.
