Is it a REAL black blood?
I want to buy the hubby a Black Blood for our anniversary. I saw the Henry Piorun had some eggs just layed and he told me the babies will be ready in November.
But then I was talking to someone else who said they probably aren't REAL black bloods.

That's a link to the mother laying her eggs...
Opinions?

It looks like one to me. If you look at my post I have been told that that is a black blood. I think it looks more like a borneo to me.

She's deffinately a black~! Henry is a very well known and very reputable breeder. I doubt he would want to jeopardize that by selling a snake as one thing and it ending up being another.

Feral, have you ever even seen a black blood or a borneo for that matter? The picture on Henry's site is clearly a silver-headed black blood. I have NEVER in my life seen a borneo that dark into adulthood.

Just to clarify, I stated that the pic on this thread is a black blood.
I meant that im not convinced that the last pic on MY thread is a black blood, which is what I have been told. I think its a Borneo.
To answer your question, yes I have seen a black blood, Borneo blood and an albino Borneo in person.
I have a question for you, do you always come across this arrogant or have I caught you in a bad mood.

Regarding Henry's black bloods...I was over at his place recently to pick up some balls and saw a couple of his black blood adults. They were impressive and definitely not borneos (he has borneos as well). Henry's the only guy I will, and have made blind purchases with because I trust him.

Hey,
I sent him an email and he replied, but said that he wasn't ready to post any pictures of the male until the babies were ready to hatch. Darn Henry!
