Hey Kevin
I'm not sure for beardies, but snakes get Baytril.

Baytril is also the drug of choice to treat a Beardie respiratory infection. If you suspect a respiratory infection in your beardie, be sure to get him/her to the vet a.s.a.p., - often by the time symptoms have surfaced, the beardie is in an advanced state of this illness, and it may be too late to save your pet. So, act fast!

Good luck and I hope your situation turns out for the best!
