Anyone breeding Indian Pythons?

Afternoon,

I'm interested in acquiring Indian Pythons but meeting little success. Can anyone point me in the right direction, besides an
overseas trip?

Thanks,

Bruce

If you are looking for true Indians (Pimbaru.)

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL.

Many of these labeled as Indians are infact, crosses.

IF you give me a few minutes....I will find pictures for you. Also...give me another few..and I can point you in the right directioln on where to acquire these.

Just a ?

Where are you located? This will help alot.

Thanks,

BU

So far all I found were Indian Pythons at Prehistoric Pets int he US...for sale only to CA residents.

Im thinking you could try to contact him..and ask if he is aware of any place to purchase Indians in Canada

No, definately to breed.
It seems that the two, molorus and pimbura, may be interbred and not two distinct sub-species anymore.
Sorry, I don't believe in further diluting the gene pool for crosses.

Very good! Glad to hear it.

In that case...I will keep a CLOSE eye for pure Indians and let you know if I find anything.

I believe Bob Clark has them. He ships internationally. I am not sure if he has them but check it out.
