If you want her to be a great, healthy breeder with very low risk of becoming eggbound, wait until she is 4 years old. You can breed them at 3, sometimes younger, but it's not worth the risk in my opinion. Weight is highly variable. My breeder female who shot out 2 clutches this year weighs next to nothing, despite being over 4 feet long. But, she's at least 5 years old, so she's perfectly healthy to breed. 3 years is the absolute minimum for females though.
