new children's python
Well, finally got my first snake after many years of working with various lizards and turtles. I got a couple quick pics but didn't want to bother the guy too much. He's about 2 ft in length and very docile.

Are you 100% sure its a Children's? It appears more like a spotted to me. I breed Childrens & have owned Spotteds & most of the Childrens I've seen are quite a bit lighter in comparision compared to yours, especially the older specimens. Nice snake irreguardless. Mark
P.S. have to update your sig ; )

Hi Mark. Well, I'm pretty much 100% sure it's a Children's as I got it from Grant at PCPC. I've also compared it with my friends' new spotted python and appears to be quite different looking than that one. Yep, gotta update my sig for two things, cuz I got a new male crested gecko as well!
Thanks!
