OKAY! I just got my scorpion today...and it is DEAD! I was abit worried because its tail was "limp" to the side.

Now I just walked in to check on the guy and hes DEAD! Do you think a refund is neccesary? I DO!

Since you have not allowed PM's, I will answer it here.

No fricken way it was caused by either of those two factors. The animal was sickly before you obtained it, and neither of those would have killed a healthy scorpion.

A refund is in order, and a complaint filed to the company.
