Bugs In Enclosure

Ok, I have these small almost fruit flyish looking bugs in my Rainbows enclosure. I was wondering if it is mites or something else. My dog did have fleas and they are kept in the same room but these little bugs actually fly so if anyone could tell me what it is that would be great and how to get rid of them.
Thanks

Phorid flies? They thrive on fungus. Perhaps there are mold spores in the enclosure?

*Edit* Here's a link: Phorid flies
