Coconut husk
Hi, I just looked at a Hydroponic plant store and they have
"coconut fiber" block, it's about 12"x12"x6" and writen to get up
to 60 liter / 2 cubic feet in size once in water.

is it the same as coconut husk ? It's about 7$cdn for that brick.

Same stuff as far as I know. That's how I buy it...just cut off a small brick and expand it when needed.
