The Gecko Manual says mealworms are preferred, but mine do just fine on crickets. Do a search on-line and see what the little devils like the best too.

my one leo is on all crickets, he won't touch the worms, the other one is on 75% crickets and 25% worms and she seems to be happy ...

I have had leo's that ate mostly worms, and leo's that ate mostly crickets. All have been healthy. As long as I used supplement and gutloaded well. I prefer worm eating leo's tho, cuz I hate dealing with crix!

I have a couple that will only eat mealworms and the rest are on about a 50 50 diet of meal/crickets

Both of them are good feeders if they are properly gutloaded.

I have fed my gecko mealworms mainly and some crickets and she seems healthy. But I was mainly wondering if one was more nutritional than the other
