Many snakes will do this. It can be indicative of a mild respiratory problem, but it happens often in perfectly healthy snakes just before the onset of opaque, and the shed cycle. Also dried skin or substrate in the nasal cavity can make noise. See if it disappears after the next shed.
The larger the snake the greater the possibility of "breathing noise" as the bigger they are the more air they move
