argus monitors
i was wondering if anyone has delt with argus monitors?
i put a down payment (didnt have all the money to get it today) on one that is around 2 1/2' long, eating large pinkies. ive had my eye on him for awhile now, but havent had the funds for one. ive done some research, but havent found much on their temperment. the guy at the shop we're getting him from has raised it from a baby and said that it was extremely docile (sp?). just wondering what it will be like when i bring it home. i trust the guys at this shop because they've never lied to me about anything, and all the animals ive gotten there have been in great health and everything. i havent had a monitor before and just dont really know what to expect when i get it home.
he has a beautiful color and great markings of green, black and yellow.
but anyway, whats everyone's take on them?
