no it was just for everyone to see and touch or hold snakes and learn a little about them. Point: education. Most of the snakes and the people with them were from the university.
Ivictus, i believe we are allowed to own them in Alberta, im still talking with some fish and wildlife officers. They dont occur in alberta that naturally, theres only a few handfuls of reported sightings.
