Talking BRBs

i got 4 BRBs (rainbow boas)2 males and 2 females.i have one male that when i go to feed hem he bits the little mouse* and he lets go and he will go back like 1 to 2 hrs then he eats it i had never had a snake do that to me and does any one else snakes or snake do that lol...i do have a snake that will let go and then go back 10 to 25 mins later but not no 1 to 2 hrs! lol

as long as it eats i wouldn't worry ...my guyana boa will usualy only eat if i put a towel over the front of his enclosure when theres a f/t rat/rabbit in there so he can't see anyone or anything outside his cage ...or he won't eat

If they bite and let go immediately it could be a defense bite, not a feeding strike. I would try just leaving them in the enclosures (for the ones that seem to feed in that manner) and skip the tong feeding and see what happens
