Is it an albino california kingsnake or some other variety of king? Much of the managment and temperament are the same regardless of species, but there may be some differences. It might be easier for people to address specific questions that you have rather than try to provide general info that you already know and a web search is a great place to start for general info on caging, environment, etc.
We have cal kings and they are great snakes, out a lot during the daytime compared to corns, great feeders (real pigs) but a bit more likley to mistake someone for food resulting in some bites. Our normals have been much calmer than the albino and less likely to bite, but all are very entertaining. We don't have albinos of the other king species - so not sure if that difference extends to them as well.
good luck with your new addition and hope you will be able to post photos,
mary v.
