What am I? (ID needed)

Well I have had this little gecko for a little while but never really got an answer as to what he is, so what type of gecko do you think he is? He was sold to me as a "general gecko" from a petstore. He is about 7-8" snout to tail and has sticky feet, but also has claws. He is also nocturnal.

Also do you think his setup is ok? It seems to be working but I would like to know what would be best. He is in a 10gal and the temp averages about 80 with some fluctuation at night. Humidity stays about 65-70%.

Thanks for the help!

Well since it seems he is a marble gecko, he will be moved into a 20gal long but i first have to pick up some mounting tape or go buy more temp/humidity gages. Also I am debating getting some reptile carpet or bed-a-beast, rather than keeping with the papertowel since its going to be harder to keep the humidity up in the larger tank. which do you think would be better? He will of course need more plants too I think he is going to end up being spoiled....

Thanks again for your help!

Country:
Go with the bed-a-beast over the reptile carpet. Carpet isn't any good IMHO.

Ditto. Carpet is crap IMO as well. I would go with the coconut substrates.
