Question help

Can anyone offer some words of advice other then using a hook to pick up my burm? I have feed him two g-pigs over sometime and now he is really pissed off or something. He tries to tag me when I go to pick him up latey but when I am holding him he is fine but as soon as he is set down outside of the tub he is really mad, but I can pick him up fine in the tub. It is starting to get me worried. I don't want to use a hook if I don't have to, he has been handled by hand by me since he has been a month old.

With all due respect a larg portion of the time a big pised off Burm is most of the time a larg Hungry Burm.

now you can go in many directions here.

1) newtons law of stupidity:
slap on 12 pairs of gloves and do must dumb nuts do Try and tam the bad boy. wait a minute that is my law of stupidity.
OR
2) you could try and not save a buck and be a heartles person and actualy get that cute littel bunny that was the same size as the G-pigs that you over looked Because the pet store cleark looked at you the wrong way.

This may have not have ben the cas with you and if I am wrong I am Sorry and if it was not the case I sujest you go hunting all pet stores for the bunny cause that could be the only thing that saves your for arms.

Now looking into the future 2 monts from now 8-16 bunnys later if there is no change a vet trip amy be in order blood test, fecals the works leave no room for error.

And if all comes back 100% Ok all I can say as much as you do not want to hear it get your self a nice and strong giant snake hook, make friends with some realy big men and pray they do not fear snakes, order rabits every month (keep it as well fed as possible) sit back and enjoy the ride cause you are in for one Hell of a good one.

P.S. keep in mind that your husbandry skills should be evaluated to ensure you are meeting all the proper standerds. Heat, Humidity, basking spots fresh water every 2 days on a bad week every. fresh water 2 times a day on a good day (morning and night) Make it part of the routine you will se it is a Snap.

I have tried to feed him bunnies but he won't eat them, live, fresh killed, or F/T. I am trying to trame him and I wear a leather glove to pick him up. I also have a good set up for him with the right temps,Humidity and fresh water everyday plus he also goes for a bath once every two days.

how big of a snake are we talking about here? many snakes are mean in there cage and unless you tame them out from a baby will remain that way, boath my retics are a bitc* to work with in the cage, but as soon as you get a hand on there tails and get them outside the cage they are as sweet as can be. im not shure y some snakes are like this but its just something to think about

Same with my female boa man I love her but when she's in the cage she's a real bitch and tries to bite everything that moves...she sometimes also hit the glass of the cage when im in front of the cage

When I got her out of the cage she's usually pretty nice though...I'm not sure if it will ever fade away she's just 9 months now
