sand boa size?

my friend told me this is the smallest snake he knows of so im thinking of getting one because my parents dont like snakes at ALL so maybe if i get small one they wont mind anyways i was just wondering how big the kenyan sand boa gets full grown in length and also width. And do the females or males get smaller? Also if you have any pics that would be great
