egg eating snake *movie*

Well, here is a little clip i shot when i was in Canada. We were at Jordans place and he showed us how the snake ate an egg. It was really an excitin sight.
Well the people you hear talkin in the background are: Mike, Jordan, Beejay, Earl and me. Oh and some freakin toad or frog that made a really loud sound. Scared the hell out of me the first time.
But yesterday i heard that the snake in the movie has died. So this is a tribute to a great snake

Thanks again Jordan for showin us that. It was a great experience

Oh the movie is about 19mb, so some of you just need a bit of patience i guess.

Oh, and it's a Horned Frog and it sounds like a smoke detector with a low battery, no doubt it shocked us all who were not expecting it lol

Cool Daan! thanks sooooo much for sharing that video!

(now, about the rest of that video....)

Stupid thing ate the egg sideways, lol. it normally takes him 5 seconds to take down the egg. but always takes a while to crack it. great video daan! I even enjoyed watching it, lol.

Take care

Jordan

How did the snake die? How old was it?

What kind of eggs does it eat? Can they just be eggs from the grocery store? that would be too easy and cheap.

Cool video, one tip though to make the file smaller use a tripod to keep the camera still.
