yep ball pythons are cool, but IMO boas are best :b
dont get me wrong i do own a ball python but it will probably be my only one.

Too many of the post here are all the same. "My pet store ball I just got home won't eat a mouse pinky. How come?"
I don't mean that in a malicious way towards those who have posted such a question just stating an opinion. It's just an unfortunate post that we see too often and could be avoided.

I will own one one of these days. BP's are such great looking snakes, and I hear the majority are just sweethearts.

Yes, that may be true, but if you remove the 800 threads titled; "Can I keep two balls together?", "My BP hasn't eaten in 2 weeks, should I take them to a vet?", "Can my BP eat lettuce, if I can't find a rat?" and the likes, this forum would be pulling up the rear.
