health books?

Does anyone know of any good books out there that go into detail about leopard gecko/reptile diseases and health problems in general?

Thanks

~Andrea

The Leopard Gecko Manual has a pretty good section on the topic. Search for that exact title on amazon and you will find it. Good books on reptiles are hard to find unles you live near a veterinary school and have access to the journals in the library.

I might do that, I have a friend in vet school right now so she has access to them. Good thinking.

I have the leo gecko manual, and its a good start but I'm looking for more depth into the subject.

I found a good looking one on amazon but want to know if anyone has any that they like. The one I found is Understanding Reptile Parasites: A Basic Manual for Herpetoculturists & Veterinarians
by Roger Klingenberg
seems good but I'm going to wait to see if anyone has other suggestions

yes i have that book Understanding Reptile Parasites: A Basic Manual for Herpetoculturists & Veterinarians
by Roger Klingenberg

I actually have learned alot from it. But it is a very basic book but for me it was great cause i have learned alot about different parasites, indirect and direct life cycles and the different medications and doses that are given to reptiles. i would deff. buy it again if i lost mine!!!!

I bought mine from www.beanfarm.com a little cheaper but not much.
