Boa not constricting

All the times that I have fed my baby boa he has not Constricted. Is this normal? He is about only 6-7 months old I would say.

Re: Boa not constricting

As long as he is eating drinking and using the bathroom normally I wouldn’t worry about it. They can tell it’s frozen thawed vs live vs pre killed. Supposedly they squeeze till they feel the heart stop, no heartbeat means no need to squeeze.

Re: Boa not constricting

I agree with Andy. As long as he's eating I wouldn't worry at all.
