Red tail boa humidity and temp questions

I've searched and searched and read what the humidity and temps should be. My question is where is the best place to minister this. I have 3 temp and 3 humidity gauges spread throughout the enclosure (48x30x18 animal plastics). One set is towards the bottom on the hot side, one set is above the basking shelf in the middle, and one set is towards the bottom on the cool side. Hot side reads 88*/68%, middle reads 90*/50%, cool side reads 78*/82%. Also have a computer fan sucking from the vent on the cool side. Looking for input on these readings and suggestions if this is bad. I know 60-70% is what's recommended but just wasn't sure if this gradient is ok. Thanks for any help and input.
