Will a Burmese Python eat a Corn Snake??

Will a Burmese Python eat a Corn Snake??

I ask, as wanted to know when both snakes are out in the garden for a bit of sunshine (fully supervised), will the Burmese Python try to eat the Corn Snake?

It's very unlikely.
My guess is that, rather than looking for food, the snakes will be looking for a chance to escape. That's one reason why I don't usually bring my snakes outside. That, and the fact that many snakes unexpectedly become very aggressive when they are brought outside and placed on the ground.

I agree with the above statement that two snakes wanting to escape will be your bigger issue rather than one wanting to eat the other. So if you take them outside, I'd obviously recommend that you do so individually. I've only had problems with my snakes being defensive outside if they were never taken out as juveniles. Each snake reacts differently to being outdoors. I have sand boas who will tense up their body and strike at anything while the rat snake follows whatever scent trail he's on and doesn't really pay me or anything else much attention. My recommendation would be to try them out in the middle of the yard, where they can't easily find something to squeeze in and escape, and even if they're perfectly calm, always stay directly beside them. That way if they get spooked, you can gain control of the situation easily, but also to protect them from predators. I have stray cats that live in the crawlspace under my house and a resident hawk that I see from time to time, and both of those likely wouldn't think twice about attacking a corn snake.

Take snakes outside for photo ops and don't let them anywhere near holes or on the ground at all if you can help it.

I wouldn't take two snakes outside as it increases the chance of an escapee significantly. Just not worth the risk.

Would a burm eat a corn? Couldn't rule it out and depending on the current sizes - could and would an adult corn eat a very young burm - yes.
