My Bolivian boa

I picked up this girl about four months back. She was born last year and is doing well. Currently living in a Rubbermaid bin. She will be moved into a 36x12x14" bin shortly. As adult I believe she will be in something 48x30x24"tall. Unless she outgrows that.

Now there are different patterns and names given to a BCA. Mine would be the "base" or cheapest out of the litter. I do like a lot of "pepper" (black speckling) so not only did I save money, I got what I wanted with this snake. I look forward to see what she looks like full grown. She just ate, so don't mind her, shes not always that fat.

Now without flash

Re: My Bolivian boa

I'm curious about her feeding schedule and food size. She looks like she has some girth to her

She eats once a week. She didn't eat for over two weeks prior (I didn't have any money) so I gave her something larger then I usually do. This snake is usually slender.

Gorgeous! love Bolivians, those tails ! (i would start putting money aside for food though, not having money for animal food is a bad thing)
