Just thought I'd share a couple pictures of my brother's Red-Eared Slider, Iggy. It was nice and sunny, but she insisted on trying to crawl under my car every time I'd set her down lol. She's about 4" I honestly know 0 things about turtles, like, her claws, not to sound stupid but are they supposed to be that long, or....

Generally speaking, you can sex turtles very easily by looking at the bottom shell. If it is flat, it's a female and if it is concave, it's a male. The concave shape makes it easier to accommodate the shape of the female's shell when mating.
