Re: Debating on what he actually is
Looks like a Ball python morph to me. Bumble bees have wing and black strips. Lol
,
I don't know what it is but it's beautiful.

Re: Debating on what he actually is
Looks like a nice bumblebee to me. I googled some killers and have to agree the head doesn't seem to match those of killer bees.

Re: Debating on what he actually is
Cheers for that
Like I said in my OP I wasn't to bothered what he was but as you can see from the photos you can see why I questioned it as he is very light for bumble.

Re: Debating on what he actually is
He is very light colored, and has a lot of white on him for a bee, but like others stated the head is not quite right for a killer bee. but again, like stated above the only way to "prove" is to breed him.
ei: say you are breeding him to a spider
Bumble Bee x Spider, you would get: normal, spiders, pastels and Bumble bees.
Killer Bee x Spider, you would get: pastels and Bumble Bees
So if you did this project if you got normal and spiders, then he is a Bumble bee, if you don't then he's a killer bee.

I can see what people mean with the head though
I'm actually hoping to breed him to a normal and going by the genetic wizard on WOB if he is a killer then I'll only produce either 50% bumble or 50% pastels
Genetic Wizard - World of Ball Pythons
Male:| Killer Bee
Female:|Normal

Percent|Fraction|Morph
50%|1/2| Pastel
50%|1/2| Bumble Bee
Genetic Wizard 3.0 calculations by

Re: Debating on what he actually is
yes, true. breeding him to a normal will give the same results as breeding to a spider, if he's a bumble bee it's 25% chance of: normal, pastel, spider and bumble bee
If he's a killer bee then like you said 50/50.
I just used spider because I had recently done that equation and had the results fresh in my head!!
(I have a Bee and a Normal paired this season!!)

Would it be safe to breed him to a spider though ?
As from what I've read I thought breeding spiders to spiders resulted in dead hatchlings because he will still have the spider gene in him ?
