Ringneck snakes which one is which?

We are sapose to have prairie ringneck snakes here in Iowa but the Missouri dnr says The belly is yellow, changing to orange near the tail and a distinct yellow ring around the neck. But the snake i found has a orange ring around its neck and the under side goes one third yellow one third orange one third red and it has speckles of black dots randomly and no small black dashes and i found it in Iowa. and the Iowa herp herpnet.net says that it has a orange neck and exactly how i am explain the one i found. so every one please put up your pics of ring neck snakes and what kind they are so we can hash this out.
