Herpetological Sightseeing in Florida

Hi

I just arrived in Florida yesterday. I wonder if anybody could point out some locations of herpetological interest. Currently we are at Ft. Lauderdale, from here we will go to St. Augustine, Orlando, F. Myers and back to Ft. Lauderdale.*

We will go to the Reptile World serpentarium in St. Cloud and the Everglades National Park, maybe also to the Miami Museum of Science. In previous years we have been in the Alligator farms in St. Augustine and Orlando.

So are there any other interesting places we*might go, like Zoos, museum exhibits, Reptile Shops etc. ? How about the Miami Zoo, is it worth a visit? I am not interested in any Airboat rides or Alligator wrestling shows.

Thanks for any advice

I only know about the Serpentarium - make sure you time it so you can see them milk the snakes.
