Help with ID please

I live in Ponte Vedra Beach which is near Jacksonville Florida and came across the attached snake on my yard. I would appreciate your help with the ID. I believe it's Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance!

Looks like this guy but darker. The face has a similar: Florida Water Snake
I do not see the same diamonds as the rattlesnake.
I could be wrong, but I don't live in Florida. =P

This is a Florida Cottonmouth (Agkistrodon conanti), it is venomous. Best left alone. Nice shots, thanks for sharing.

Florida Cottonmouth. Venomous and will leave a nasty bite. However they often mind their own business and will keep their distance once they see you.

Re: Help with ID please

Thanks everyone for the replies. Had someone setup some traps and they confirmed it's a Florida Cottonmouth. If it was just me and my wife I would've left it but not taking any chances with a 2 year old running around the yard. They told me to get a pellet gun for the next encounter....

Re: Help with ID please

Keep in mind the vast majority of venomous bites come from someone trying to catch or kill the snake. Just call someone to have the snake removed, and ignore the advice from whomever told you to kill it.
